The Customer has the right to return the product within 30 days from placing the order. This right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received.

Transparent does not offer free returns and the customer will need to pay the return costs. If an item is damaged during transport, Transparent should be contacted within 30 days for information about an exchange. Transparent does not take responsibility for returns that may get lost in the mail.

All approved refunds will get processed within 14 days of arrival to the warehouse. The bank transfer might take several days to be visible on the Customer’s account. Please contact Transparent if the refund does not appear within 20 days.

Transparent voluntarily provides a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty (the “Warranty”) for each product sold via the Website, the concept store and popups. The Warranty is in addition to, and not instead of, rights provided by consumer law. Consumers have the right to choose whether to claim service under the Warranty or under their consumer law.
