As our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns after delivery. Exceptions may be made at our discretion with prior written consent. Please contact us in advance to discuss any concerns.

Orders accepted upon payment/confirmation.

Inspect upon delivery, report defects in 7 days.

To ensure a smooth delivery, please check that there’s enough access space for large furniture items, including lifts, staircases, and walkways. If additional help or special arrangements are needed, extra charges may apply.

Warranty covers 1-year manufacturing defects, excludes wear/tear/clearance.
